The Rye Summer Sunset Sessions are back for the 3rd year running. These sessions are much loved by the community. Casual, relaxed, outdoor sessions in the Park to end your day.
They are perfect for:
- Nature lovers (why not enjoy a walk by the river before or after)
- People who are new to sound baths
- People who would like to end their day in nature
Exact meeting spot will be sent to those who book.
Due to the agreement with the council there are limited spaces, they go quickly. Read more below for full FAQ
Where do we meet
The exact meeting spot is sent out as soon as you book on.
What instruments are played?
You'll hear a variety from the collection. Each session carefully curated. Crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, Burmese bells, Koshi chimes, drums and small wind gong.
It's in public, is that okay?
Yes. There are staff present, to ensure no nuisance and safety. For the 3rd year running, it's loved by many. License has been obtained and the council are well aware of the benefits.

Who is this suitable for?
Ages 12+ however their are certain health conditions that are not suitable for most sound baths regardless of practitioner. It is suitable for first time sound bath goers.
What health conditions may not be suitable?
1st trimester of pregnancy or about to give birth imminently, epilepsy or seizures that are induced by sound, severe metal health or psychiatric disorder, pace maker or cardiac arrhythmias. Always speak to your doctor if you are unsure.
Can I cancel my booking?
If you cannot make it you are welcome to gift your space to someone you know. If the weather turns out to be bad a refund is given.
What should I bring?
Mat to lay on, blanket, pillow and water. Open mind, open heart.
