£20.00
What to expect
An hour to lie down and immerse in the vibrations of Gongs. This is a more intense experience than a sound bath.
What instruments are played?
3 Gongs will be played. Planetary, Symphonic & Wind. There will be a variety of other instruments played upon entry and at the end.
What are the benefits
A gong bath offers a deeply immersive experience where sound washes over the body, encouraging the mind to slow and the nervous system to settle. The rich vibrations can help dissolve tension held both physically and emotionally, creating space for stillness, clarity, and renewal.
