What to expect

An hour to lie down and listen to the soothing sounds. An hour of stillness where you don't have to do anything else but relax. No distractions, no phones, just looking after yourself.

What instruments are played?

You'll hear a variety from the collection. Each session carefully curated. Crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, Burmese bells, Koshi chimes, drums and small wind gong.

What are the benefits

A sound bath can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation by using soothing frequencies and vibrations. Many people report improved sleep, emotional release, and a greater sense of mental clarity afterward. It can also support mindfulness by helping the body and mind shift out of “fight or flight” and into a restorative state.

Who is this suitable for?

Ages 12+ however their are certain health conditions that are not suitable for most sound baths regardless of practitioner. It is suitable for first time sound bath goers.

What health conditions may not be suitable?

1st trimester of pregnancy or about to give birth imminently, epilepsy or seizures that are induced by sound, severe metal health or psychiatric disorder, pace maker or cardiac arrhythmias. Always speak to your doctor if you are unsure.

Can I cancel my booking?

Spaces are date transferrable if told more than 48 hours before. On the day cancellations will count as space lost. You are always welcome to gift your space to someone you know if you are unlikely to attend. Non-refundable except in the unlikely event it is cancelled all together.

What should I bring?

Mat to lay on, blanket, pillow and water. Open mind, open heart.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing always, there are changing facilities if you come straight from work.

Is the venue accessible and parking?

Yes, the venue is accessible and has a lift. Chairs are available too. Parking is free on High Wycombe High Street after 6.30pm, there is also parking at Wycombe Swan.
