When the New Moon arrives it's the beginning of a new cycle bringing opportunity. Enjoy stunning views over the Chiltern Hills at sunset.
Our Moon evenings are back again this year to help you realign and release what no longer serves you.
Expect movement and slow flow to help release tension, guided sound bath meditation and time to journal what you're releasing.
These events are led in partnership with the incredible Award Winning Women's Empowerment Coach -@coachedbyren
These evenings are very chilled, no experience needed, it's a way for us to all come together in alignment. These events are for all genders who want to experience wellness in a welcoming environment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this suitable for?
All adults, however there are certain health conditions that are not suitable for most sound baths regardless of practitioner. It is suitable for first time sound bath goers. There will be light stretching movement, it is not strenuous and is suitable for those with injuries, adjustments can be made fro everyone
What health conditions may not be suitable for a sound bath?
1st trimester of pregnancy or about to give birth imminently, epilepsy or seizures that are induced by sound, severe metal health or psychiatric disorder, pace maker or cardiac arrhythmias. Always speak to your doctor if you are unsure.
Can I cancel my booking?
Spaces are date transferrable if told more than 48 hours before. On the day cancellations will count as space lost. You are always welcome to gift your space to someone you know if you are unlikely to attend. Non-refundable except in the unlikely event it is cancelled all together.
What should I bring?
Please bring comfortable clothing, a yoga mat if you have one, any blankets/pillows, a notepad and an open mind.
What should I wear?
Please come as you are in comfortable clothing.
Venue accessibility and parking
Yes, the venue is accessible and has a lift. Chairs are available too. Parking is free on High Wycombe High Street after 6.30pm, there is also parking at Wycombe Swan.
