Benefits
A floating sound bath uniquely combines sound and water to deepen relaxation and emotional release. Floating removes pressure from the body, creating a feeling of weightlessness that helps the nervous system fully let go. Water amplifies sound vibrations, allowing them to move through the body more fluidly, making it easier to process emotions, reduce stress, and experience profound inner calm.
